Grace Community Church of Willow Street is a body of believers, young and old, who have a passion for knowing Christ, and making him known. As an Evangelical Congregational Church, we believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. Sermons are taught based on biblical truths and how they apply to your everyday life.
In all of our meetings, the message is taught using direct reference to Bible verses and supplemented with thoughts and ideas from theologians, evangelists, and personal experiences from our pastors.
Sunday mornings offer three gathering times for worship:
Our 8:00 am gathering is a time of traditional worship featuring a single song-leader, accompanied by a pianist and ensemble instruments, singing hymns from the Lifeway Worship Hymnal.
Our 9:15 am and 11:00 am gathering times are casual and contemporary. The two meeting times feature a band of vocals, guitars, drums, keyboard, piano, and a number of instrumentalists who specialize in one area. The songs sung are modern.
During our 9:15 am and 11:00 am gatherings, we offer a vibrant, and quickly expanding child ministry time with Grow in Grace KIDS! During the worship gathering, children infant age through fifth grade are invited to Sunday School classes, where they learn about Bible lessons, and are encouraged to live a life with Christ through hands-on activities and age-appropriate curriculum.
