Deb Shank | Ministry Assistant
Deb Shank provides administrative support to the Lead Pastor, Congregational Care and Counseling Pastor, and Associate Pastor. She also coordinates pastoral care calls and visits between the pastors and those in the hospital, assisted care facilities, under hospice care and those who are homebound. Deb also coordinates the details for funerals, baptisms, and membership classes, and she loves to connect with people who call into or visit GCC.
Since she began attending GCC in 2001, she has been a part of the Ministry Council, Congregational Care Commission, Women’s Ministry, Small Group Leadership and the Discipleship Commission. Her heart’s passion is to see people’s lives changed by Jesus, encouraging them to know Him and live according to His perfect and peace-filled plan.
Deb is a graduate of Shippensburg University and lives in Willow Street with her dog, Tilly.

Linda Hershey | Support Assistant
Linda Hershey works in the office as a support assistant to Brandi Wenger and Patty Deiter.
Her duties include ensuring the nursery has sufficient volunteers for all the children, making sure children's ministry files are current, and performing general office support. Linda has been married to Bill for 42 years. They have two daughters, Carrie and Mandy, and three grandchildren, Zach, Nate and Owen.

Mike Brault | Facilities Manager
Mike handles the day-to-day setup and teardown of the rooms and facilities on the GCC campus. Mike graduated from Lancaster Bible College with his B.A. in Youth Ministries.
Mike has been married to his wife, Kim, for 18 years, and served as a Staff Sergeant and an Army Infantryman for 8 years. He is now a retired police officer who is studying for his Master's in Children's Ministry at Capital Seminary.

Alyssa Lapp | Traditional Worship Director
Alyssa has been attending GCC since 1996 with her parents and three younger sisters. She has always called Lancaster County home and has a passion to reach the community through her God-given musical abilities.
Alyssa graduated from Solanco High School in 2009 which lead to the start of her college career at West Chester University. She received a BA in Vocal Performance as a classically trained singer with a minor in piano performance. She performed leading roles in WCU operas and after graduation in 2013, performed in two American Music Theater original shows.
Alyssa began her part-time position as Traditional Worship Coordinator in March of 2016, is also a self-employed musician around the Lancaster, Reading, West Chester, and Exton areas, and the lead singer for her wedding band, Deja Blue. Miss Lapp is also passionately involved in the 18:30 Young Adult Ministry leadership team at GCC and strives to connect with the young adult and college aged people around the community during such a transitional period of their lives. Additional GCC involvement includes singing and playing guitar and keyboard for the contemporary worship services.
In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys all the perks of nature; hiking, biking, going to the beach, camping, and enjoys playing any type of sport or game.
